Chartered Speed and EKA Mobility to Deploy 675 Electric Buses Across Rajasthan

EKA Mobility, in collaboration with Chartered Speed, has secured a contract to supply and deploy 675 electric buses across eight major cities in Rajasthan. This initiative is part of the PM e-Bus Sewa scheme, aiming to enhance sustainable public transportation in the state.

The deployment will include a mix of 9-meter and 12-meter electric buses, catering to diverse urban transit needs. These buses are designed to provide efficient, zero-emission transportation solutions, aligning with India’s broader goals of reducing carbon emissions and promoting green mobility.

This project follows EKA Mobility’s recent collaborations, including a partnership with GreenCell Mobility to deploy 750 electric buses in Andhra Pradesh. Such initiatives underscore EKA Mobility’s commitment to expanding its footprint in the electric mobility sector and contributing to the development of sustainable urban transport infrastructure across India.
